This policy applies to all payments made to SthapnaCorp, including payments through Razorpay on sthapnacorp.com.
1. Government fees
Fees paid to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs or any other authority, including name reservation fees, filing fees, additional fees and stamp duty, are not refundable once paid to the authority, whatever the outcome of the application. If you cancel before we have paid them, they are refunded in full.
2. Professional fees
- Cancelled before work starts: full refund of the professional fee.
- Cancelled after drafting has started but before filing: 50% of the professional fee is refunded.
- After filing: no refund of the professional fee for that filing.
2A. Orders paid on the platform
- If you cancel after paying but before your expert has started work, we refund the full amount.
- If work has started, we refund the amount for work not yet done, as assessed by SthapnaCorp from the order history, chat and documents.
- If your expert cannot complete the order, we assign another expert at no extra cost or refund you in full for the work not done.
- Government fees already paid to an authority on your behalf are not refundable by us.
3. Name rejected by MCA
If MCA rejects the proposed names, we file one fresh name application with new options at no additional professional fee. Any government fee for the fresh application is payable at actuals.
4. Application rejected for reasons outside our control
Where an authority rejects a filing because of information or documents provided by you, or for reasons outside our control, the professional fee is not refunded. We will help you resubmit within the original engagement where the law allows.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. The bank or card network may take a further 5 to 7 working days to credit it.
6. How to request
Email sthapnacorp.support@gmail.com with your name, payment reference and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days.
