Questions we are asked
I run a home kitchen or cloud kitchen. Do I need FSSAI?
Yes. Most will need basic registration, as turnover up to ₹1.5 crore now qualifies. Food delivery platforms ask for it before listing you.
My state licence was issued under the old limits. What now?
It remains valid. If your turnover is now within the basic registration limit, we can tell you whether switching makes sense.
